Between 20:00 and 21:00 on 08/07/2026, our NOC engineers will be carrying out routine maintenance on the highly available network infrastructure within the Telehouse East (THE) datacentre.
During this maintenance window, customers hosted within THE may experience brief interruptions to network connectivity as traffic is gracefully failed over between redundant firewall infrastructure.
No impact to customers Co-Lo servers or virtual machines is expected.
