Between 21:00 and 23:00 on 02/07/2026, our NOC engineers will be carrying out emergency maintenance on the Telehouse South (THS) hosting platform to address a hardware fault.

The affected node is not currently hosting any customer workloads, and therefore no service impact is expected as a result of this work.

We will continue to monitor the platform throughout the maintenance window and will provide updates if required.
