Between the hours of 19:00 to 03:00 on 17th April 2025, engineers will be performing upgrades to our PSA platform to introduce additional features, functionality, and bug fixes.

Whilst this work takes place, access to the support portals will be temporarily unavailable, once work has been completed the support portal ( https://support.xperience-group.com ) will be unavailable while a backend maintenance routine is run, this can take up to 48hrs to complete but tickets can be still be logged by phone and email.

Customer infrastructure will not be impacted by this maintenance window.
