From 19:30-20:00 on 30/04/26, our XPControl provider is carrying out planned maintenance on our instance to improve performance and stability.

Whilst this work takes place, access to the XPControl portal will be unavailable. Once the portal is back up, it will take a few minutes for agents to check back in and register as online.

Customer infrastructure will not be impacted by this maintenance window.
