Between the hours of 09:00-17:00 on Monday June 15th, our engineering team will be performing routine maintenance on our bare metal server estate to facilitate a number of cable replacements. Whilst we don't anticipate any service disruption, our Security as a Service (SECaaS) clients may experience up to 60 seconds of packet loss and/or increased latency on two or more occasions. No other cloud services including customer servers will be impacted during this maintenance window.
