On Wednesday April 8th 2020 between the hours of 22:15-22:45, our engineering team will be performing routine network maintenance within the London Datacenter to increase capacity and improve resilience. Whilst this work takes place, customers may experience up to 5 minutes of packet loss and/or latency (which may result in RDS/VPN disconnections) on one or more occasions.
