Telehouse South Cloud Network - Planned Upgrades

Between 21:00 and 00:00 on 24/10/2026, NOC engineers will be carrying out planned firmware upgrades to our highly available network infrastructure within the Telehouse South Datacentre.

This maintenance forms part of our ongoing platform maintenance and improvement programme, ensuring the infrastructure remains secure, stable and up to date.

The work will be completed across the highly available firewall infrastructure in stages to minimise disruption. Brief interruptions to connectivity may be experienced during planned failover between devices, but no extended disruption to client services is expected.
