On Wednesday November 25th between the hours of 22:00-23:00, our engineering team will be performing routine network maintenance within the London Datacenter to increase capacity and improve resilience. Whilst this work takes place, customers may experience up to 15 minutes of packet loss and/or latency (which may result in RDS/VPN disconnections) on one or more occasions.
