Following a fault identified within the Cambridge Datacentre's UPS infrastructure, we will be installing a temporary UPS to provide additional power resilience for our Cambridge Private Hosting Platform whilst remedial works are completed.

No service interruption is expected during this maintenance activity. The work is being undertaken as a precautionary measure to enhance service resilience.
This maintenance only applies to services hosted on our Cambridge Private Hosting Platform. No other hosted services or platforms are affected by this activity.

Expected Impact: No customer impact anticipated.

We will provide updates via this status page should any issues arise during the maintenance window.
