Between 10pm on Friday 28th September and 10pm on Sunday 30th September, we will be upgrading your Act! Premium Cloud to version 20.1.

Actions Required

Web Users:
If you're a Windows Web User, during this time you may find that you are unable to access your database, however once work has been completed you will be able to log back in.
After the upgrade on Sunday 30th September, you will need to remove your existing Outlook* Integration and re-install it.

*Please note, Office 2010 is not compatible with Act v20.1 and it may not work as expected. Speak to your Account Manager to discuss your upgrade options.

LAN Users:
If you use the LAN Client and your software is stored on your local network, you must download the new version and apply the update after Sunday 30th September. Only then you can perform a full synchronisation of your remote database.

We recommend you download the software well before 10pm on Sunday 30th September as it is a large file to download.

Once you install Act! v20.1, you must login to your database to upgrade and await until 10pm on Sunday 30th September before trying to synchronise your database.
