Between the hours of 09:00-17:00 on Monday November 23rd, our engineering team will be introducing a number of architectural changes to our remote monitoring VPN infrastructure to improve service reliability and performance. Whilst this work takes place, some monitoring services will be temporarily unavailable on one or more occasions and customers may receive false-positive alerts throughout the duration of the maintenance window. Our engineering team will review any outstanding notifications and take action where appropriate once the work has been completed.
