On Tuesday November 27th between the hours of 20:00-00:00 our engineering team will be performing core network upgrades on our London cloud platform to increase/improve capacity, performance and resilience. Whilst this work is being carried out, customers will experience periods of increased latency, packet loss and/or an intermittent loss of connectivity.
