At 17:45 this evening, our engineering team will be performing emergency firmware upgrades on our Tier III storage platform in London to address a recently announced security vulnerability. Whilst this work is taking place, backup services (Veeam, OnApp) and Tier III services such as FTP, iSCSI, CFS/NFS will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes on both London 1 & London 2 platforms.
