Between the hours of 16:00-17:00 on May 17th 2018 our engineering team will be applying essential security updates to our OpManager monitoring platform in Maidenhead. Whilst this work takes place, monitoring services will be temporarily unavailable on one or more occasions and some customers may receive false-positive alerts which can be safely ignored. Our engineering team will review any outstanding notifications and take action where appropriate once the work has been completed.
