On Tuesday November 27th between the hours of 20:00-00:00 our engineering team will be performing routine firmware upgrades on our Tier III storage platform in London. Whilst this work is taking place, backup services (Veeam, OnApp) and Tier III services such as FTP, iSCSI, CFS/NFS will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes on both London 1 & London 2 platforms.
